WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO SUBMIT ORDERS?

The easiest way to submit an order is to follow the contact us link and submit your information. A sales rep will be contacting you as soon as we receive your inquiry and begin the order process. You can also contact us @ (303) 988-4127 to speak with an immediate representative.

 
 

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY?

The normal production time is 7-10 business days from the time of deposit. Additional time may be required for custom artwork projects, or specialty orders.

 
 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept any forms of credit card as well as check or cash.

 
 

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT BEFORE THE ORDER IS STARTED?

We will require 50% of the total order to be paid before any garments or awards order is processed.

DO YOU OFFER RE-LABELING SERVICE?

Yes, we work with the best vendors in the world on custom style woven tags. Standard soft style size tags are produced in house.

 
 

DO YOU OFFER 4-COLOR PROCESS or PROCESS PRINTING ON DARK SHIRTS?

We no longer utilize the 4-color printing process method. Instead, we use the modern Simulated Process method to produce stunning full color images on both light and dark garments. The simulated process method delivers color accuracy, clarity, opacity, and consistency beyond the typical results achieved through traditional 4-color process.

 
 

DO YOU OFFER PANTONE® (PMS) COLOR MATCHING?

We currently use a PANTONE® licensed ink mixing system to simulate Pantone® colors. Ink mixing and color matching is done in-house under quality control.

 
 

DO YOU OFFER FOLD AND POLY BAG SERVICE?

Yes, here at US Recognition we utilize an automatic folding & packaging line. We can apply upc stickers, size stickers, or logo identification on each bagged item.

 
 

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?

For any screen printing order this is 24 cps. For embroidery or awards orders we will do 1 item depending on the project. We specialize in orders for very small clients all the way up to fortune 500 companies placing large volume orders.

 
 

ARTWORK FAQ/GUIDELINES

 

AI ILLUSTRATOR FILES

This is the most desired file to print spot colors. Vector art work has no resolution and will always be printed perfectly.  Make sure that when submitting AI files there are no raster images placed into illustrator as “EVERYTHING MUST BE VECTOR”.

Spot color printing with vector images:

  • art work must be completed in full vector meaning no raster images placed in AI
  • art work must be set to size (if resizing art work cost is .5 hours art time)
  • art work must be in 1 file if art work is in multiple files charge will be 1 hour art time to compile attributes into 1 printable file

 

PSD PHOTOSHOP FILES

We also love photoshop and all the different tools that it provides. If submitting psd files make sure to create spot color channels for each color or place each color on a separate layer and we will convert them to spot channels for our DTS. Please take note that all the bells and whistles that photoshop has often times doesn’t equate to good textile printing. Whats on the monitor wont always make it to the substrate…

Spot color printing with raster images:

  • art work must be set to size (if resizing art work cost is .5 hours art time)
  • art work must be set to 150 dpi or higher 300 dpi is preferable
  • art work must be separated with each color to be printed on a separate layer with a pantone or color indicated. If not 2 hours separation time

 

 

HOW DO I GET MY ARTWORK FILES TO YOU?

Art files that are under 8 MB can be sent to us via email to sales@usrecognition.com, Any files that are over that size we suggest using a third party service such as www.dropbox.com or www.hightail.com which will allow you to send unlimited sized files.

 
 

I NEED HELP WITH MY ARTWORK — CAN YOU HELP US?

Absolutely, at US Recognition, we can help you with basic edits and layouts and that type of work is included in the prices. However, if you require full featured, created from scratch artwork, just give us a call and we will see what we can do to create that perfect design for you. Our hourly rate for our award winning artwork is just $65/hr. We can provide initial concept hand drawn sketches and complete full color rendered graphics.
